Participants and visitors to the large-scale exhibition of Turkmen goods “Made in Turkmenistan”, held on July 15-16, 2024 in Tashkent, became familiar with the possibilities of obtaining international certificates in the markets of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Thanks to the cooperation between the Khalkara Standard Hyzmatlary Individual Entrepreneur (HIL-TM) and the European certification body CERT International (Slovakia), represented in Tashkent by a team of dozens of professional management system auditors, globally recognized certification of national goods has become more accessible than ever.
Turkmen and Uzbek manufacturers, “without going far”, can certify their products according to standards such as ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 22000:2018 (food safety management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system) , ISO 45001:2018 (health and safety management system). Thanks to proper certification by auditors and accreditation of the body “CERT International” (https://certgroup.org/) from the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS), which in turn is a full member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), Turkmen and Uzbek Manufacturers can be confident in the recognition of certificates issued by CERT International. The authenticity of such certificates can also be checked on the official IAF website www.iafcertsearch.org. The presence in Turkmenistan, in particular in the HIL-TM team, of qualified national auditors certified by the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA, UK), makes it possible to conduct audits of management systems in our country, without spending extra money on calling such auditors from abroad. ISO standards, including ISO 9001, are the most popular standards in the world, and are being implemented into the activities of enterprises and organizations in order to systematize processes. The presence of a certificate confirming the successful implementation of ISO requirements in the activities of an enterprise is a kind of “calling card” in establishing long-term partnerships, trade and other business relations at the international level.
At the exhibition in Tashkent, more than 60 Turkmen companies from various sectors of the economy presented their products, and thousands of residents and business people of Uzbekistan visited the exhibition.
